Pastured duck is here
In case you missed it: pasture-raised duck is available now at VG Meats! As we noted on our blog last week: This product is exceptional—rich, moist, delicious and so much more flavourful than other duck products you've tried. Pasture-raised duck isn't gamey or tough—like our pastured chicken, it's a mouth-watering product that makes a perfect addition to your summer grilling rotation. It’s a must-try, and it’s only available while supplies last! Here’s what we’ll be offering this season:

Thanks again to everyone who came out to our fundraiser in Stoney Creek last weekend! We also appreciate all of the generous donations made by local vendors—our raffle prize table was pretty incredible. We had a great time and were thrilled to see so many customers with their families. The VG Meats team is grateful for your support of Butchery Team Canada our wonderful butcher, Dave Vander Velde. There will be more opportunities to support the team before they head to Paris, France in the spring. Plus: if you’re wondering who won the big prize at our fundraiser (over $1000 worth of aged prime rib from VG Meats), we’ll have more details on that soon.
