You’ve probably tried our delicious bacon, peameal and farm-fresh eggs, but that’s not all we have for brunch or breakfast. Consider trying Bayfield Provisions granola, artisanal jams and preserves from Country Flavour, homestyle pancake and muffin mixes from Grainstorm Heritage Baking, plus plenty of other great local products. Giftable items

As part of our zero waste objective, VG Meats carries several locally-made products that use beef tallow from our farms. This includes high quality, all-natural soap and skincare products as well as amazing scented candles. Country Girls products are available online and in store—they’re great for your home, but they also make a wonderful gift!

Homestyle pies

Did you know we have amazing homestyle pies in our frozen section? If you’re lucky, you might even find some incredible butter tarts. Ask one of our team members for assistance—product availability differs throughout the year, but we always have something good. Rotisserie chickens are only the beginning! VG Meats has prepared salads and side dishes, sandwiches and more available for your convenience. Check out our warmer—you might find seasoned chicken breasts, chicken wings and other favourites. You can also ask our staff what’s available from the deli counter: you might enjoy a burger, a sandwich or a hot dog, depending on the day.
