A third generation company that’s currently run by four brothers, our team consists of butchers, food scientists, retail experts and farmers who are dedicated to using holistic management to achieve regenerative outcomes on the land we manage. We work with like-minded farmers and food producers to help improve the health of local ecosystems, economies and communities, and we’re passionate about creating strong local food systems across the province.
