January can feel like a long month, but we’ve reached the final stretch. Spring is less than 8 weeks away, February is almost here and there’s plenty to look forward to in the weeks ahead. If you’re looking for a good reason to gather with family and friends (or enjoy a romantic evening with your significant other), be sure to put these dates on your calendar. Super Bowl Sunday
This year’s Super Bowl is happening on Sunday, February 9th. Whether you’re an Eagles fan, a Chiefs fan or a Bills fan who is working through some feelings, we’ve got a few ideas for your game day menu. Valentine’s Day
This year, Valentine’s Day falls on a Friday—so why not plan a romantic night in? We recommend cooking some prime rib steaks, beef tenderloin steaks, a roast chicken with lemon and rosemary or a Tomahawk steak. If you like surf n’ turf, our mini steaks pair beautifully with lobster, shrimp or crab. Want a more casual vibe? Prepare some delicious Rib Eye, NY Striploin or T-bone steaks with crispy fries and a green salad on the side, or some smoked pork chops or pork rib chops with garlic mashed potatoes and your favourite vegetables.
