Happy Easter from VG Meats

Happy Easter from VG Meats

Easter weekend is here and while these are unique times, we hope you’re still able to celebrate and enjoy the holiday. Families may not be able to physically gather with those outside of their household, but we can all find a way to connect using technology like FaceTime, WhatsApp or other video chat options. You can even make a good old fashioned phone call! No matter what your family does this weekend, we hope you find a way to establish a sense of togetherness and enjoy the day. Plus - a delicious turkey or ham dinner can really help you achieve that traditional Easter feeling!

Updates on shopping in store, home delivery and more

VG Meats will be closed tomorrow for Good Friday and closed as usual on Sunday. Otherwise, we are open for business. Customers are still welcome to shop in store while following physical distancing measures. We have a grid outlined in tape on the floor of our Stoney Creek store to demonstrate proper distancing, as well as gloves for customers to wear while shopping. Please only touch what you intend on purchasing. Thank you so much for your help in keeping our staff and customers healthy!

If you’re ordering home delivery, please be advised that wait times may be as long as 1-2 weeks at this time. That said, we are actively looking for additional couriers to support us as this time. If you are interested and available to join our extended team as a driver, please apply using this form. Thank you for your patience as we work to close this gap and reduce delays.

Finally, you can still order online and pick up curbside. Please choose ‘pick up in store’ and call us when en route. Thank you again for your business and your patience in these extremely busy times!

From our family to yours, happy Easter

As a fourth generation family business run by four brothers, we know that family is everything. Being apart from some of your loved ones is difficult, but remember: this too shall pass. We look forward to sunnier days ahead and will appreciate them more than ever. Stay safe and healthy, everyone, and happy Easter!
