Check out a maple syrup festivalCanada is famous for its maple syrup and Ontario is famous for its maple syrup festivals. There are plenty of great events within a short drive of either VG Meats community (Simcoe and Stoney Creek, respectively). Go enjoy a day of maple treats, beaver tails, pancakes, arts and crafts, wagon rides, and old-school games the whole family will love. You might even get to pet some farm animals or score a pony ride! Some of our favourite festivals are at Mountsberg Conservation Area, Bronte Creek Provincial Park, Elmira Maple Syrup Festival, Crawford Lake and Westfield Heritage Village.
