August is quickly passing by and before you know it, we’ll be talking about back-to-school lunches and Thanksgiving dinner. Is it just us, or did the entire month of June happen in the blink of an eye? It feels like we were just making plans for Victoria Day and suddenly, the Canada Day long weekend is almost here. We’re looking forward to some good meals and fun times with family and friends—plus a great Canadian playlist to set the mood! (It’s not Canada Day until you’ve heard at least one Tragically Hip song, right?)

Next week marks the first official day of summer but since the May long weekend has come and gone, many of us have already ventured up to the cottage or visited a favourite local campground.
